Abstract

Islamic Sharia is a comprehensive system for all matters of life and human behavior, and its provisions are valid for all people in every time and place. The reason for this is that the spirit of Islamic Sharia is to advance and perfect the interests of the servants, and repel evils from them and reduce them in their religion and world. Hence, revealing the purposes of Sharia in the institution of the family. It is a necessary and urgent matter, the need for which is increasing in light of the enormous challenges that all Muslim societies are experiencing.

The first way to form a family is the marriage system, which, according to the Qur’an, is not only a means of preserving the human race, but rather, above that, it is a means of psychological reassurance, heart tranquility, and emotional tranquility. Since this was the case, Islam paid attention to the family, surrounded it with its care and care, and laid out for it the ways that qualify it to carry out its tasks in life. Building a strong society in which righteousness and justice prevail, in which the spirit of affection, love and familiarity spreads, and in which flags of happiness and contentment fly.
