Abstract

The Holy Qur'an is the sacred book of God revealed to guide humanity and to strive for success in this world and the hereafter. One of the most important means used to achieve this goal is respecting human humanity and exerting efforts to convince people of the good of this world and the hereafter. One of the most important factors influencing people's thinking is listening to them, allowing them the right to express themselves and their ideas, and discussing them in a way that clarifies their validity or otherwise. This helps them reach the necessary convictions for their happiness in their human community in this world and their happiness in their life in the hereafter. In this research, the researcher sought to define the concept of humanity and the right to self-expression from a linguistic and Qur'anic perspective. He also addressed the most important previous studies on this topic, highlighting the distinctive features of this research. The researcher then attempted to monitor this right in two sections.
